How enquiry and booking details are handled.
This notice explains how information submitted through the Fumexalade forms is used to respond to enquiries and arrange calls.
Information collected
For a trial request, Fumexalade collects your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, business type and the process you would like to automate. For a call booking, we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, chosen time and any notes you provide.
Why the information is collected
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, send relevant confirmation emails, assess whether a trial may be suitable and manage the process. Booking details are also used to check availability, create a calendar event and send you a meeting invitation.
Data handling
Trial requests are processed through the Fumexalade workflow and recorded in a lead-management spreadsheet for follow-up. Call bookings create a calendar event with the details needed for the meeting. Access should be limited to the people and services needed to respond and operate these workflows.
Services used
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Form submissions are processed through Make; trial enquiries are recorded in Google Sheets and emails are sent through Gmail. Call bookings use Google Calendar to check availability, create the appointment and send an invitation with a Google Meet link. These services process the information needed for those functions.
Payments
No payment details are collected through either website form. If you choose to continue with a paid setup after a trial, payment arrangements will be provided separately.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the service, website or connected tools change. The information on this page should reflect the way trial requests are actually handled.
